2001 A Nonsensical Apartment Block
Hello again peoples! Isn’t it nice, another decade over, a new one just begun… and Jeff’s Pie Shop is still only on its 15th strip. Ah well, never you mind.
But then, EBP is not just about JPS, is it? Having given the matter plenty of obsessive thought, I’ve decided that since JPS is not coming freely for me (currently), I might as well try and start another comic on this site to entertain our beloved viewers while we resurrect JPS. Our scanner is still not working, but seeing as I’ll be doing a summer uni course over February, I’ll have access to one of the Melbourne University library scanners.
The above drawing is something I did long ago as a kid, dating way back to January 2001 (when my family was holidaying in Blackheath (New South Wales), the bestest town in the universe). Disturbing stuff, isn’t it?
Take special note of the very first panel (top left). On the right of it you can see The Archetypal Pahiheron – yes, the little skinny guy with an immensely oversized nose. Blimey, he hasn’t half grown since then, eh? On the left you see Ventralia Gozmypp, who is a Skeletonn and Pahiheron’s annoying former wife. In the centre is Fufik Gozmypp-Allardanx, Ventralia’s (and possibly Pahiheron’s, though no-one is quite sure) incredibly spoilt son.
The comic is to be called “The Internet Is Not For Fun”. Enjoy.
